woooooooooo... today make me feel that this weekend is not a waste! hahaha! went to ubin with my npcc brothers this morning. we played push ups card games. damn fun haha. and hmmm.. we went to places like beach and temple in ubin.. so much fun. i love it.

we took lots of nice pictures. finally~ i can have a pic with my abs shown. LOL! omg... is a long await one k!! take times to train lo. hmmmmmm. is always so fun with friends around. lalala.

tomorrow reporting to new camp.. kinda excited. hope i can get a good camp as in slack i mean. LOL.. shhhhhhhh. run run run!!! push ups, crunches and weights! i wanna built my body! =P

okie... got to rest now... overall rating for this week... not bad... quite fun 9/10. =)!!
