what a week of rest. awwwwwww. haha. going to take out my stitchs today. gonna be kinda pain hor.. sob sob. let me see. i've been going for sun tanning.. these days.. kinda nice haha. yesterday! i went running to bedok 85 from my house. far right! i think got 10km bah. around there. then i saw eunice there. yeah. lalala. also don't know what to write.. abit sian. haha.

i find that my biceps got more define le.. thats a good thing. haha.. my abs coming out. yeap. hmmmmmmmm.. need to do more running la. and watch out on my diet too. haha. alright. end here le... next time then blog again haha.

tomorrow is my ippt! finally.. this day i've been waiting for so long le loh! piang! lols. i wanna get gold.. 5days a week i'll be going for a run. i must put in effort to get gold tomorrow. for myself! to prove that i'm worth a gold. damn it. hope my hardwork will pay off. =)

sometimes i don't know what am i doing at times.. all happen so naturally lo i swear. i must spend sometimes to make a decision quick. yay.

Woooooooo... slept 2am this morning, was out with andy weiting and grace for a meal out at newton. Was expecting more people to come but some of them got some other things on so yeah. ooooo dear i'm so tired... isn't in the right mood to blog.. guess i should get some rest later yeap.
